Greater Lansing Certified Tourism Ambassador Program

The Greater Lansing Certified Tourism Ambassador program is a nationally recognized certification program presented by Choose Lansing^TM. The goal of the program is to inspire front-line hospitality employees and volunteers to work together to turn every visitor encounter into a positive experience.

All classes will be located at the Choose Lansing^TM offices, located at 500 E. Michigan Ave. Ste 180. Free parking is available in the back of the building that can be accessed from both Cedar & Larch Streets. Light refreshments are provided at each class.
